  2. Create, manage and delete revenue types

1. Customizing the opportunity labels

If you are a system admin, you have the ability to customize opportunity labels, the names given to the different levels of advancement of an opportunity.

You can change these labels by going to the Labels section of the SETTINGS.

Then, simply click on the pencil icon next to the name of the label you want to edit, give it a name and click on SAVE.

Note: You can name labels in both English and French. If you work only in English, you can just leave the "French" field empty or type the same thing in both fields.

The result will be applied automatically in the OPPORTUNITIES modules.

2. Creating, managing and deleting revenue types

You add product or service names in CentrixOne to link them to opportunities.

To do this,  return to the Labels section of the SETTINGS and click on REVENUE CATEGORIES.

You can then rename the products by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the product or service name.

Next, simply change the name and click SAVE. 

You can also add a new revenue type by clicking on the + ADD A REVENUE button in the upper right corner of the page.

You can then name it and click SAVE.

You can also add sub-revenues. Just click on + ADD A SUB PRODUCT to the right of one of your products.

You can then create revenue types according to your needs. It is also possible to create two levels of sub-products. For example, you could type "Furniture" as a product category and "Bedside tables", "Cabinets", etc. as sub-products You can even create create a sub-sub-product, for bedside tables,such as "Wooden", "Glass", etc. If you want, you can also enter product numbers instead of text descriptions.

The end result will look something like this:

Once you have created your revenue types, you will be able to link them to opportunities.
